Until now not possible with new models and Android 11 onboard.
The only devices on MTK CPU can with Qualcomm CPU necessary is to find new loaders to can flash device without this not possible.

I managed to reboot to recovery from fastboot but there is no option to hard reset

Only these options : Reboot System now // Enter Fastboot // Power Off

Right now only HMD official tools with login and password 10usd/phone. Check the sales section if need it.

nokia HMD device tools are the only method till now,,Flashing and reset+ frp allowed it's available on monthly basis.. for resellers check on the internet .

the process is done ia isp with easy or ufi without problems already tested with 5 devices or remote ia with hdmtool that they charge you from 3 to 4usd for frp or format and 6usd for firmware
