TA-1424 dead - GSM-Forum

Nokia C21 plus (TA-1424), no power, no fastboot, not recognized by PC..
When i do the testpoint, it is recognized by PC as Usb2Ser COM port.

Please tell me how can I flash firmware in *.zip format.. or another method to write the firmware.

Can we write firmware for this phone without official tool?
Any help will be appreciated.

TA-1424 is spd cpu your phone seems emmc damage need to be replace

No, that is not the case.
I am sure it is 100% software problem.
