Differences between Smart-clip 2 and Sigma

I buy SC1 from 2005 and use it untill now, I love your team's products but this time it will be better if you release active option for sigmakey instead of new SC box. We can pay for new moto update but if must buy new box to get this update I won't do it.
Btw Motorola is really dead in market, not much phone unlock, not much phone can be repaired (bootloader, softbrick,...etc) so this project is not important with me.

Main difference for Smart-Clip 2 and Sigmakey is that the Smart-Clip 2 can be purchased "by parts".

we are official resellers of both smart clip, smart clip 2, sigma, pegasus, octopus, medusa

you push smart clip 2 on resellers like us, telling us that it has different software, that customers need.

we say ok and under advice we buy and stock smart clip 2

then... you release same software that is in smart clip 2 as "pack 1 for sigma" users.

now.... customers who bought smart clip 2 are disappointed because their investment has been undermined by cheap release in sigma software.

we are stuck with stock of smart clip 2 because many of our customers have already bought sigma.

do you think this is fair on resellers and end users?

do you think reselling and repackaging the same solutions is a good idea?

do you think that doing this makes gsm server an unfair company?

Smart-Clip2 and Sigma are 2 projects from one team. They both are multibrand solutions and has same functionality. Main difference between these 2 projects is that for the Smart-Cilp2 end user can activate only required functionality, that becomes much cheaper.

Let's say your user want to service just MTK based phones. In such case he can purchase Smart-Clip2 with activated Pack1, current solution appears much cheaper and already includes Yoda method of MTK phones servicing.
In case he will need to service Qualcomm or TI OMAP or Broadcom based phone models in future, he'll just activate required pack.
