Huawei Mate 10 Pro_BLA-L29 - Write firmware greyed out

I try to flash Huawei Mate 10 Pro_BLA-L29 with APP file but the "Write firmware" button is greyed out.

I followed steps from "Write original Update.app files using SW or HW testpoint"
