Please perform following operations:

Locate logs folder at your PC
My Documents->Smart-Clip2->logs
Rar it
Send all of the log files in a rar archive to support[at]smart-clip2.com

In order to be able to check what could go wrong and solve current issue we need to check all of the log files from operations performed by current Smart-Clip2.

That friend for problems in my country with the Colombian laws regarding telephony and I delete the operations log to avoid inconveniences with the police .. the tool came to me working well what I did was to update it to the last version since the sotfware me Asked me to act it and suddenly I stayed like this
