Tried to unlock Alcatel A621R as mentioned here. Maybe you will help

Why do you need to restore that backup? No service actions have been done to this device.

Done unlock with other took same method, phone don't ask PIN, network unlocked but no service. Also now I can't install driver for diag port for this device (tried while battery logo appear and while phone started)

Also, can you look on backup for descryption possibility?

vbenkovskyy, if you unlocked this phone with other tool, you will not be able to restore your phone to previous state with Sigma.
