Such Tmobile models cannot be unlocked yet by box(s) They are app locked and need server request unlock or 3rd party services.

for A720F u need check knox in download first need besure knox 0 for unlock this model via MSL code

knox not 0 but 1

how abbout certificate? can be unlocked with certificate?

Hello!!! I AM URGENTLY IN NEED OF AN UPDATE FOR S550TL TRACFONE BECAUSE OF SOME NEW SECURITY PATCHES.... WHICH CAN NO MORE BE UNLOCKED....

as i told u be sure knox 0 for this model for unlock msl

ur knox 1 i think from that point that u got err other unlock is 2 way via msl and serever so u need try server if msl err
