after i undated my gc pro key the newest update will not work but old one still works i have tried GCPro Support and no reply someone help me please

Hello
It been posted by me many time if you use usb redirector or flexi hub uninstall them and delete there driver files.
if you cant clean them use clean other pc or windows.
