Does a Imei cert for a n910f contain a new dec #?

I replaced a cert and unlocked a n910p with GCpro key a while back and returned to friend with it working on tmobile network.. Now friend sold phone and new owner took to have hooked up on sprint and the scanned the sticker that has Dec #...

Now I don't have the phone at the moment, but I have the cert file that was used on phone...

My noob question is when the Imei was changed on the CDMA phone was the Dec # and hex # changed as we'll? Or do these have to be changed as we'll with box? I opened the cert with hex editor and I see the imei number and imei pub key number but not a Hex # is that information in the cert? Or could the new hex # be found in the GCpro logs after certi was written with box
