Does Anybody know How To Enable LTE Band On Sprint Phones After Domestic Unlock?

LTE For Data over here in Puerto Rico they offer the services i want to know how its been made

LTE is being enabled not only in Puerto Rico...Dominican Republic as well, Argentina, some people in Brazil actually...keep in mind that Puerto Rico offers companies such as Simple Mobile, which is within the USA as well.... I wonder...
