Great!

Going in to Recovery and choosing the BP Tools gives you access to the Diag Mode to do the repair, but where did you get the drivers ??

Unless you did some magin with only ADB but it looks like you had "Selected Port QCUSB_COM575_1"

Hello
You can add vid/pid to any existing driver of same OEM it will work. just disable driver sign check of windows. and use that custom made driver to get need port.

same issue here too, driver doesn't work with 6p, but work with nexus 6
