G900p only able to get 3G service in a 4g lte area after unlock

After unlocking the G900P I am not able to get 4G LTE on T-mobile network, under network mode I only see CDMA , Lte/CDMA , Gsm/Umts and Automatic. When I select Lte/CDMA I get network error.
I believe the setting LTE/WCDMA/GSM is the Lte setting for T-mobile but can't find that setting anywhere.
I even tried service mode *#0011# Q 0000 UE setting&info 1setting 2system 9 next page LTE BAND ON/OFF but when try to select different LTE bands it says not supported

How can I get LTE on T-mobile????......

Hello
You can always try to edit build prop or phoneinfo app to active need mode.
but this only work if phone baseband support such mode.

google it for more info.

True and they also need root to use such apks

Also if he wants 4G LTE, then he can just use the G900T not the G900P

Guys even editing that part is not real 4G/LTE, if you go to setting about etc phone will still show h.

it is just getting an icon but still 3G.
