this program disable to enter download mode ,to perform factory reset in recovery mode ,to enable adb.i could read info with uart.how to remove this lock?

Hello
Did you try readinfo uart & format phone option ?
If format success do not setup it. (Now you should be able to go in download mode )

Use FRP_UFS to disable it fully. steps in helpfile
