G955U TMobile cant flash eng-root in G955USQU2BQK5 - GSM-Forum

Got a T-Mobile S8 plus today with the lastest available update installed, when tried to flash the eng-root, it fails and gives a binary fused 2 > 1 error in the phones screen.

i used the odin for eng bootloaders and tried many different odin versions but all give the same error

You have to use engboot from QK2 combination.

Hope gcpro team update the combination and add new binary 2 combination for the t-mobile s8 phones

Right bro all tmbile app lock suuport Gcpro read ask file than order RPL via ask than write back via Gcpro phone is unlocked

Back to the old days of Nokia, nowadays I use that solution for unlocking some heavy material when RPL is corrupt, ex: nokia 5700.

If the boys of GCPRO are smart, they will not share that solution.

What they should really do is do the calculation themselves directly through the app, and make more money. imho Going through 3rd parties for ask/rpl kind of suks, especially taking too long for the average customer to wait.

They will have their legal reasons, or not the necessary hardware to achieve that, there're softwares doing it.
