@HalooMa Hello Did you press OK after your phone in upload mode ? Did you followed advice which software provide you ? Phone go in upload mode at stage it will search if not found it will ask you to wait till phone go in upload mode and press ok did you followed that ? |

@HalooMa Hello Samsung qcom code read with android 8x is not officially supported but we made some past few test it was 100% able to put in upload mode and read backup data atlast. In your case i ask you few question to understand problem. please answer in yes or no. Did phone go in upload mode ? Did software ask you to put phone in upload mode due to automatic failure ? Did you press OK after phone is in upload mode ? |
