Gcpro key card not found error 33111 - GSM-Forum

Hello I bought a gcpro key and an avenger who arrived on Saturday. but I have a problem with the GCPRO KEY. I installed all the drivers, and I was able to turn the key, but then I noticed that the key it's not connected to computer. I tried with several computer I installed all pillotes, card not found error 1111 and card not found error 33111. I have several dongles and other box I buy normally working with you. I think it is a manufacturing defect. please i need help

If you got the orange edition check smart-card reader position

I mean, interruptor IN/OUT

Put IN.

Thanks but i got this problems solved already, I upgrade to windows 10 and this solved the card issue, the problem am having now is to get this box activated. I subscribe the information from my box and i haven't get it activated as yet

Please download latest update60 we have fixed issue.
Use update tool and update card again.
