GCPro Key Disable my USB dongle after new Update 34(solved) - GSM-Forum

GC have be working fine for the last year , and after i update to the new version 34 , my card get disabled, after i check with GCPro Support (Mr Austin) what happened , he said im Spy the tool or have USB monitoring or have USB Sharing tool, Im be tell him more of 300 times i not "Spy or Monitor my USB" and i have old hamachi tool on my pc and i even tell him about i have hamachi, and he said that no matters, even i tell him come to my pc and check what is "The Spy or USB tool", so now.. im unable to work because this.. he refuses to answer or fix my dongle ,and now is none i can do to fix dongle.. I ask for help to every one there but now nobody answer..

I believe this team is more worried about securing their solutions (they barely have anything which is unique) than actually working on new solutions... i strongly advise everyone i deal with not to buy this device for this reason only... my device was blocked once and had no idea why it happened... maybe i had teamviewer on my PC...

Who doesn't have team viewer on their pc... they have 1 billion devices online.. SMH!!!

Look in the market there are much better and cheaper devices.. good luck

Gcpro do not have any issue with team viewer,
Update34 check for flexi hub and usb re-director nothing new and it just show error not get LOCKED. check with old version still working not card locked.

you are free to use what ever you like but we will add more such protection in future to protect gcpro user interest and there investment.

Please post dongle sn and did you check older version working not ?
All have different time zone its not possible for us to stay active 24/7

After update 34 lock my dongle , i tried old one 32 and still locked
my SN is:GCF95DA4E7

Please fixed.

Please contact us via skype details in profile. or post your skype id.
Technically its impossible to lock without spy tool or usb share running in background after open gcpro.

GCPro do not self lock when show "illegal tool installed" its just not let open gcpro do not lock card.

But if you run any spy tool after opening gcpro it will lock gcpro for sure.
Contact us on private we will solve 1 time for you .. won't be second chance so please make sure PC is clean.

So, now i give all you ask, SN of GCpro , contact you in Skype since 3 days ago.. what is next? wait 3 months? Also now we are on the Mercy of GC pro Dictate what we can install in my PC?, Were is your terms and conditions of sale saying now what we can install or do with our PC? Were you advise about this? this is the way to do business now? Disabling people dongles? no answering or avoiding? Good Job GC Pro.. !!

Ohh Sorry GC_Pro.. i forget, you NOT have ANY Terms & Conditions in your site , so that is why you do what you want with the people boxes.. so we pay you $160 and now you can DICTATE on my own PC what i can install.... nice.. People be aware about this issue.

GC_Pro Why you not ADVISE to your customers about this issue? or make a Term & Conditions of the sale?

If your dongle is locked its have nothing to do with update34, you are lie in public forum and i am sure you have used spy tool to copy paste gcpro solution.

i ask you to contact private so i can check via team viewer and allow you unblock you dongle instant.

But you keep ignoring all advice we say and keep lie about what you did
I close this thread when ever you need help you know where to ask.

Trust me there only me who can help you on this no other. but you keep showing no interest so no reason or way to help you.
