No,We support CERT write only. including MSLCERT and other related certs.

Did you try on combination modem ? if fail sad its rsa base. Only G960,G965 supported currently on rsa base security.

Are you sure you used new update without diag port without root after locking phone ?
Any method you use if client do ##786 still gona relock any sprint phone even officially unlocked.
