Help with Reactivation Lock

How to root the note 4 series phones? Everytime i try to filash the boot.img from combo, it says "custom binary blocked by frp"

First Remove FRP , than we Need phone ADB with Root Access ,

sorry, my fault, it says "custom binary blocked by reactivation lock" the phone doesn't have FRP lock

it wont remove lock on cobination, because its 4.4.2, stanner said it only works on 5.x and up

if the phone is on 4.4.2 so easy to get rid off reactivation lock, you can so easy attached a OTG usb to go into setting more detaill google it, afther go in just signing with any account that will give you the right to erase reactivation lock
