Read helpfiles from updatexx\helpfiles\motorola imei repair helpfiles
if say protected or fail that means its not supported.

If your cel phone is in 6.0 or up..
Fastbooot flash fsg.mbn
Fastbooot flash non-hlos.bin (both from 5.1)
No neeed r00t / no need unlock boot

Maybe you need read in motorola area. Here is Gc pro Support..
Only Help Problems or bug about gc pro key... your problem is in your side. GcPro Key work perfect and support Imex Repair supporting more than others tools.

hola amigo podria ayudarme con este inconveniente, tambien se me presenta el mismo problema supongo que es por los modem, quisiera saber si podria ayudarme a como se degrada.? o con los archivos.?? tengo el mismo problema con el moto g3 y el moto e2..
