Please open updatexx\helpfiles\How to use htc sprint unlock.txt and read it..
If you face any issue let us know with full log.. we can not help without full log.

Hello
Helpfiles say if you want to read MSL/SPC htc sprint, make sprint unlock without port selection.
When ask for read spc/msl press YES
When ask for dial ##3424# or ##3282# find option which ask for spc/msl keep it open after finish process in phone press OK in software.

Now you get your spc/msl.. use that to enable diag and unlock with diag port press NO when second time say for SPC/MSL read.

Where is logs with selected diag ??

Post here full logs if want fast resolve
