Error say phone dont have security nv data. check imei first.
You need to fix first imei cert then if need use unlock.

if you see phone has baseband, that means that phone has imei number, what could be the issue?

Hello
if you dont have EFS you can not use adb unlock or cert write adb.
You can use repair imei or cert write usb to rebuild details nv. You may need bypass knox. this only work on older devices.

my friend, phone has imei number, has baseband, has signal, how possibly could not have efs?

Hello there, bring some help whit this problem, today was dealing whit s550TL to unlock whit QC4 firmware !!! So everyone know the procedure ... flash the boot and sboot then flash the modem S550TLUDU2API2, make root whit king Root APK and then whit root Priv make unlock whit GCPro selecting ...

the process must proced sussefully and phone unlocked but this issue ... I was searching and not found in other place this issue but here

after try some times I proced to root again and there was the F***KING PROBLEM i quit the sim card and instal KingUser apk one more time this overwrite the old apk and then proceed to unlock again and then MAGIC
