Are you sure your phone was locked ?
Are you sure you checked phone with other sim ?

As your phone security patch is 05-2017 this means your phone is not supported in gcpro for unlock as our test reports say.

I'm pretty sure mobile data upload will not work. I have a lot of LG devices and all them have the same issue. They're only usable for sms and voice calls.

Issues whith upload DATA not fix enable APN, apn is correct put in settings, but only works to surface in internet, Google, Youtube etc... but you when trying to send Voice notes, Images or Attached files in any app or Gmail dont upload anything THIS IS a Main Issues whith Unlock in Android 7

Just change last code 997 to your model like if you have ls993 so use 993

Hi, thanks for the advice, but I already tried that method without success, I only manage to have data selecting NONE in the field test, when I select SPR, I got no signal whatsoever.
