gcpro key fake or real?

good day all

i have purchased a gcpro key dongle and it has not done een one job completely it shows success in everything but the phone stays the same.
i have chatted to the guy on skype from the gc key support team he keeps telling me i must learn the basics he is an idiot i repair 40 to 50 phones a day i have a repair center and i use other tools with success results. i only purchased gcpro key recently because gpg industries told me its a good and easy to use tool. but the truth is it has not even locked one frp for me and the guy on skyp "the support guy" even stopped replying to me.

i mean come on guys its your product it doesnt come with instruction manual im sure you guys can help those that are strugling with it.

im posting the logs below for which it shows success but changes nothing on the phones.

Log you posted is for SPRD phone and option is you used is MTK how its going to work?
We offer helpfiles which is in updatexx\helpfiles.
We do not offer teach all newbie steps what and how to do via team sorry.
You can learn all by use forum search etc.

techmoosa with all respect.. learn how to be a technician... later use gcprokey ... GCPROKEY is advanced tool... not for begginners ... in your log you try to do a repair mtk in spd .. if you dont known what is MTK and what it is SPD .... you dont should use gcpro

that is just one log file i have others which i want to post here where its done with mtk device also the help file for spd imei repair doesntv explain much.

everything showing success but the imei doesnt change on the phone it self

First never blame anyone if you can't do a job or work. It is not a beginner level tool. You have to be experienced to use it. Gc pro folder contains help files. Read them. I purchased this tool 2 years ago and trust me after 3 months i figured it out how to use it. It is not gpg or coder's fault. I mostly use it for Samsung uart based solutions.

Yes, using GCPRO it not for beginners. Likewise, it also took for me a couple of weeks how to use it properly...

and as for you armanogariga i do know wat id the difference bdetween mtk and spd gcpro key should give an error saying that the device connected is not mtk or spd instead of giving success result at the end.

Correct about gcpro should throw error.will be added in next update.
All tools have bugs most of people do not care to report it. as soon its reported it will be resolved in next update..
