Hello
its show invalid card any more ? if not then unlocking is done.

Did you check mobile network have gsm mode in it ? if not then without root its hard to set gsm on cdma devices even if baseband support it.
You can search in google or in this forum for more idea to get gsm working on cdma lte devices.
