LS997 Service Disabled Fix - GSM-Forum

When you have the "service disabled error", your mobile networks setting option is also disabled.

Install Shortcut Master Lite APK
Click the menu button inside the app
Click search
Search for "mobile"
The first "Mobile Networks" result will open the mobile networks option
Click Network Selection
Tap GSM/UMTS
Done

Happy unlocking

It’s for only service disabled on LG Sprint like LS997 / LS991 etc...

If the phone has reset network options in settings you can do that and it should switch the network to global or you could just pop in the original SIM and the network option will be enabled so you can change it yourself. This usually happens because someone set it to a network that doesn't exist where they are at so it disables the network option.
