Hello
If you search a bit you find old bootloader file already.
we told many time if new bootloader try to downgrad to old bootloader but same android version.
if you cant find msg me on skype.

This thread is not for J700F.if its dead by downgrade only jtag/emmc write can recover such phones check ATF JTAG for more help.
