UPDATE: i solved it.

root, then downgrade baseband to PC5. UNLOCk.

then i flash the T-Mobile rom PIA version, leaving the modem to PC5.

works PERFECT!

why u need flash T-mobile Rom? ur phone P or T?

The Phone is P, but you can flash T firmware. .so it runs better and it wont' update by sprint and ruin the unlock.

So you flashed the PC5 Modem then unlocked then after that you flashed the tmobile rom over it? where did you get the modem? also can you share the root kernel?

looks like the same one from XDA, but when i downgrade the modem it keeps rebooting my phone.
