If you full flash combination menu is already open use setting to enable oem unlock and factory reset from setting.

if menu is not open select frp remove adb and press NO for new method this will bypass setup. now go to setting and enable oem unlock and factory reset from setting.

I flashed a factory firmware which has adb enabled but it does not have Enable OEM Unlock in developer options. If I only flash a combination file (boot image) it requires some password and it is unusable. I need either a valid combination boot image or a rooted combination firmware.

Ok so looks like it's impossible to remove FRP on this device, because:
1) When flashing the combination (adb enabled boot), u can't factory reset because it breaks recovery and probably during boot something happens and adb is not enabled.
2) Full Combination ROMs don't have Enable OEM Unlock option and GC PRO doesn't remove frp even if it has ADB.
3) You can't CF Auto Root because it doesn't allow to flash custom TARs.

Any ideas?

Did you try kingo root or kingroot to root with combination firmware and use frp remove adb ?

I've already tried it before. I've tested about 5-6 different combination ROMs. I don't get the type1 root exploit possible and kingo root doesn't work. Enable OEM Unlock option is not present in my settings. Probably these methods work only on 2-3 years old firmwares and not on the latest 2018-2019 versions. Tough luck
