Sometimes because of the language limitations people can't find solutions online. Sometimes you have to give solutions quickly and doesn't have time to spent searching. Anyways, I agree that you should not give half the way if you know the other half.
For those looking for a rooting solution for Nougat, this was a result of a quick search.
Download TWRP from here TWRP_3.1.1-0_SM-J700T1_201117.tar and then install latest SR5-SuperSU-v2.82-SR5-20171001224502.zip from recovery
You should have your phone rooted. I haven't try it myself so do it at your own risk!

This would be no dongle solution, maybe more steps but equally effective.

Tried this my self, phone says verification failed on black screen and force you to factory reset phone

Bro! it's still possible to downgrade to 6.0.1 QF1
flash the QF1 then use then root with the file provided
Note: I have used Supersu v2.76

Don't forget to backup EFS. Cert before the unlock procedure
