Log do not show where its hang. For that we may need to check via team viewer.
Second your pc have backup of security and qcn both.
Now if your imei is zero you must use nv method and repair imei. then write qcn.

I can only see the QCN file at C:\GCPro_Team\Backup, doesn't existe SEC folder.
I have MEID 00000000, but if I do factory reset will be 0-05

So, your sugestion is that I do the steps:
- GCMod_Method;
- NV_Method;
- Write QCN.

If your imei is ok and meid is empty just
Enter MEID most case meid is just 14 digit of imei. so enter it and use nv method to repair.
If you have network issue write qcn after you repair imei or meid.

Do not factory reset phone backup of original security is saved in phone not in pc. if you format it will be lost.

Ok, so no factory reset after flash firmware! If I do will restore original security ( IMEI 0-05 ). If I flash firmware I read MEID 00000000 with *#06#

I don't have IMEI or MEID, what to do?

If I choose GCMod_Method the software hangs, so if I choose the steps above and write QCN, that will be empty write? I don't get it....
