Please go to updatexx\helpfile\newqc unlock helpfile
Read this and if any issue let post here log for newqc unlock.

Do not post on success thread, Success thread is for reference you will not get reply there if you have any issue please make your own thread next time.

This model doesn't have the device unlock app from T-Mobile so u need to use the newqc unlock option instead of T-Mobile unlock just like stanner_austin said.
