how do i get the phone to pick up? i have debug on and click unlock but it does not pick up phone.

Using Version...1.0.0.0027
Selected Port VCP0 = COM23
Selected Model GT-I5801
Selected Task ZTE GSM UNLOCK

Searching Phone...

Phone Not Found Retry Please.
Total Time Take...00:00:11
Log Saved

Hello
Such model is not supported for sim unlock.
But you can enable diag and select diag port select zte v9a and test it if its work or not.
for imei repair there is QCOM tab and many methods.
