for this order for apple id find i think you made a big error that cost me a lot of money due i paid another website to unlock the wrong apple id you gave to me,

the iphone have icloud with email finish with .CH
but you gave me an email with hotmail .com as apple id icloud .
Please check again this apple id and give me the correct APPLE ID full info


and then for CLEAN IPAD my order was rejected due try with a faster service, but your website don't have a faster service for ipad
