Better buy licence if hâve phone To unlock everyday

If I buy pro license , Can i use it on 2 my laptop and 1 computer ?

At the time, just 1 user use the software , because sometime I use laptop , sometime I use desktop .

And I have to travel to my client place to unlock their cellphone.

So the pro license support when I travel ?
