No problem if you have some boxes support it and charge money for unlock it it s your choice to pay but oss is like that vtecla no need pay other support it free ? , modem 2013 new algo V3 oss support it free , alcatel speadtrum oss supported free and more on the way it s only advertise :)

i9500 is supported for other you ask s5 note 3 etc is not direct solution they use samsung company for get msl for can send it on phone and get phone unlocked
