Apps missing and no start up wizard honor 9

I hv honor 9 stf-aloo. I converted it to stf-l09.(hw,eu,stf-l09) I did back up oem..BL unlocked. Now problem is it don't hv start up wizard and some apps are missing. I hv tried emui 8 and 9 as well. Flashed through testpoint and sd as well. When i flash from sd it says pt failed continue. Please guide me..

What build does it have, also in Abouth Phone is the phone model correct? Also is the wallpaper kind of pink?

I flashed board firmware, then write oem as
model = stf-L09
Vendor = hw
country = eu

repair ime, flashed
