here is sp flash tool flashable flash file. I am not sure if its multi lang or not. If its not multi lang then just root your device and download 'language enabler' from google play store to enable any language on your device. Please report back.

I tried a lot to find this stock rom but still nothing.
I want to flash this device due to many problems.
Can any one can post this stock rom.

Is there any thing special to flash this rom. i assume that your tutorial will work for to flash device. or i should do some thing different then that tutorial?

Yes the tutorial i have posted will work for you. I am not with my database right now but i assume that there are both firmwares inside this zip file update through SD will also work and spflashtool will also work, you will see dload folder aswell as scatter.txt file inside that zip achieve and as its stock firmware it will not void you warrenty.

yes i have made G610-U00 custom rom based on b B194 because it was not availible on the internet and my cliend required a custom rom with chines aaps removed and with a custom boot animation it was a great experiance but i took almost one week days and nights because i was noob in cooking my own rom and i started from scratch. btw good luck its not very complicated its easy and simple if you have some previous experiance.

i used this method to boot to menu. sharing for peoples like me who can't boot to menu.
my device is Huawei Y511-U30.

Press power for 3 second Only
Then hold vol up + vol Down Quickly
Wait for Recovery Menu
