Unbrick/Flashing Guide ------------------------------------------------------------- #1 Enable QDloader Mode ---------------------------------------------- 1. Disassemble the phone, 2. Short these two pins with a tweezers, 3. Connect phone to PC (without battery), 4. Check Device Manager > Ports, 5. Now your phone in Qualcomm Download Mode, Let's move to the next part. #2 Flashing the phone ------------------------------------------- 1. Download required files from Download Section, 2. Run Huyie Download tool as Administrator, 3. Follow these images, 4. Disconnect the phone and Power it on, You're done Download Section ---------------------------------------------- Huawei Y625-U32 Firmware < H E R E > < H E R E > < The tool is included with the firmware > This is not an SD_Upgrade package, This is the factory firmware which is used to flash the phone in Qualcomm Download Mode. Final Word -------------------------- This method not only works with Y625-U32, it should work for all Huawei Qualcomm based phones, but you'll need to find the Testpoint and the Factory firmware. I have tested this method myself with a lot of Y625, and they're just working fine now. In case this guide was helpful for you, Just hit "Thanks" Best Regards --------------------------------- Last edited by MiRoOo; 02-15-2017 at 18:17. |

Member: 594436 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1657777 Thanks Meter: 952 | [GUIDE] Unbrick and Flash Y625-U32 (EncUnsuccess - 9008) Repair IMEI & BB -------------------------------------------- 1. Download this file, Y625-U32_BB_IMEI_Repair 2. Root the phone and Install BusyBox, 3. Connect phone to PC and run CMD, 4. Run these commands one by one, Code: adb push modem.img /data/local/tmp/modem.img adb shell su -c "dd if=/data/local/tmp/modem.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p12" adb push modemst1.img /data/local/tmp/modemst1.img adb shell su -c "dd if=/data/local/tmp/modemst1.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p7" adb push modemst2.img /data/local/tmp/modemst2.img adb shell su -c "dd if=/data/local/tmp/modemst2.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p8" Now just check your IMEI it should be now repaired -------------------------------------------------- Ok, Here's another way for IMEI repair that works when your Baseband is good, but you still have IMEI:null or IMEI:0, we're going to write a QCN file which contains an IMEI that's diffrent from yours for sure, So, as long as this process is a little hard for some ppl, if you decide to just write the file and forget about your orignal IMEI, then skip to the write part of guide, Otherwise, follow the whole guide, and i promise to make it easy as i can, Let's begin, < DOWNLOAD > ------------------------ < H E R E > All the tools and files you need for this process included in this zip < GUIDE > ---------------- #1 Edit QCN ------------------------ In this part we will edit the QCN file and replace it's IMEIs with ours, 1. Install HEX Editor which is included in the zip, 2. Open "y625.qcn" file with HEX Editor, 3. Find these addresses: IMEI_1: 00001790 IMEI_2: 0000e490 + 0000e4a0 Now we know where IMEIs live in our QCN, It's time to replace it with our IMEIs. 3. Run "IMEI_Converter.exe" 4. Write your IMEI_1 in the "ENTER IMEI" area then Hit "< CONVERT IMEI >", 5. Do the same for IMEI_2 , Copy the converted values and keep it in a txt file. 6. Now just go back to HEX Editor and replace the values with the new ones, IMEI_1 IMEI_2 7. Now we need to save the file with the new changes, Now we have a QCN file which contains our original IMEIs, Great, let's move to the next part. #2 Enable DIAG Mode --------------------------------------- In order to Backup or Restore QCN, phone needs to enter a special mode called "DIAG", Huawei like many other manufacturers disabled that mode by default, But that's not a problem at all since we can simply activate it by adb shell commands, Let's see how, 1. ROOT the phone using iRoot or any other root tool, 2. Connect phone to PC then run these commands one by one, Code: adb shell su setprop sys.usb.config diag, adb Now you've successfully activated "DIAG" mode, and your phone is ready for QCN Restore part. #3 Restore QCN ----------------------------- This is where we write the QCN file to the phone using QPST, QPST is an official tool made by Qualcomm itself and they are using it to deal with their phones and modems as it has a lot of functions, One of it's functions the QCN Backup and Restore, which we're going to use here, 1. Install QPST which is included in the zip, 2. Run "QPST Configutration", You'd see something like this, This means that QPST has successfully see your "DIAG" port and can communicate with your phone. 3. From the menu, go to "Start Client" and select "Software Download", 4. From the tabs choose "Restore", click "Browse" and choose your QCN file, Hit "Start", 5. When "Restore" process finish, Just reboot your phone, 6. Check your IMEI, it should be there, < DONE > ---------- This guide is not about Y625 only, this is how to deal with QCN for most Qualcomm based devices not only phones, I hope that i made myself useful to some of you by this guide, < BEST REGARDS > ------------------------------- Last edited by MiRoOo; 02-02-2017 at 03:48. |

This is most likely EMMC corruption problem, Sorry, you need to replace it. Also, there is nothing wrong with the time, it's normal to vary. Quote:
1. Update your Qualcomm drivers 2. Use another COM/PORT (you can change it from devicemanager) 3. Use another PC or another Windows inside VMware Hope you get it to work, BR

Since "Encryption Unsuccessful" problem is related to bad EMMC, this solution will work with 40% of devices, other 60% needs it's EMMC to be replaced. Sent from my iPhone 6 using Tapatalk.
