As loong as the vendor is hw/demo it will stay demo unit so you need to downgrade it to the firmware that will allow you to change the vendor

Ain't possible to remove the demo mode from the unit, given the fact that it has new security with Kirin 710. No downgrade....
The only way is to get a factory bootloader unlock code
