dear all of my friends G610-U20 is a critical phone i have been suffering many days for this phone

finally i got the solution

it was framware fault

is that a flash tool firmware or sd card upgrade ?

it has both via usb n micro sd when i put update.app in dload folder on micro sd card doesnt find update.app on recovery but find the folder

when flash via flashtool i get an error detects phone im uploading pic, can any 1 help plz

when you get error

you need to go sptool/window/write memory optation

there are two optation 1.nand flash 2.EMMC

select emmc
& open raw data select

Emmc file from g610-u20 folder

then write the memory

after sometime done

show the green circle

then flash with sptool as usual..........

bro use latest ver (SP Flash Tool v5.1352.01)

Do not need to update via recovery just formate the memory card with fat32 method put the dload folder into the root of your memory card and put the card back into the phone and at that point all you need to do is power off the phone press volume up + volume down and power keys together until the phone starts flashing itself wait for couple of minutes and your phone will be fine. when vol up + down + power is pressed phone start in android recovery doesnt start flashing formated card fat32 created new folder placed update.app still same!
