MT7-L09 Error! Func NO:12 (FUNC_LOAD_IOM3) Error NO:1

Hi
There is a problem with my mate 7 .
stuck on rescue mode and showing the following error :
Error! Func NO:12 (FUNC_LOAD_IOM3) Error NO:1

I know it's related to sensor hub partition but have no idea how to fix it.

P.s:fastboot is unlocked and already tried flashing system ,recovery, boot, cust, cache and user data images but no luck!

Please help, thanks.

From what I know this is hardware problem with proximity sensor, need exchange it to can turn on phone.
This is not software related problem.
