Huawei Nexus 6P bootloop problem?

I am considering buying Huawei Nexus 6P second hand, but the phone has bootloop issue. From what i am reading on internet this seems to be a common issue with Huawei Nexus 6P. Is there a permanent fix for this issue? If i install a custom rom, like LineageOS, can this fix this bootloop issue?

No, it's a hardware issue, very well known for that model (made by sh!itty Huawei aka low-quality-chinese-crap).

So, it's not worth buying it? I can get it on cheap price, but if it's a hardware issue i guess it's not worth it.
