Hello
I have a HUawei p20 EMA-l29 but i need to use huawei cloud to restore info.. with 8.1 dont allow....
Is possible to upgrade firmware of this model after 8.1?

If you can get any huawei phone you should use one and then phone clone or something like that if it works. You will regret or you should update until 10.0xxx not 10.1xxx emui (probably using hiproxy and firmware). I've seen photo compare and 10.1 blurs a lot. 12 emui phone *****, phone lags too often, gliches, even keyboard isn't like before, harder to tap correct buttons/letters, iphone 8 took better pics.
I've watched youtube and downgraded p20 pro emui 12 to 10.0, using older version of hisuite and i was using hdb on phone and there was option to restore earlier firmware after checking for updates and it downloaded firmware but failed to update... so i've tried to install a little bit newer versions but same problem just no more downloading time or even no more option to restore after more versions i've used and then installed latest version, and after checking for updates it's just started to install. After 100% in HiSuite phone reboot and started to update then low level reset and now phone works a lot better, faster, battery almost double time, and mostly important - camera quality.
But I believe you will lose performance and quality on 10. Newer EMUI sounds better but it doesn't mean it's worth.
But if you don't need all of that, just update it will work anyway but worse just more support.

Yes this model Possible to upgrade from android 8.1 to 10. below the way.

You can try with your correct regional Firmware or try with this, Huawei P20 EML-L29 hw eu Emily-L29C 10.0.0.171(C432E5R1P3) Firmware EMUI10.0.0 05015AQB.zip by SD card method or try with Professional tools by Upgrade Mode.
