Huawei y520-u22 dead after flash

huawei y5220-u22 flashed with sp flash tool..after flash phone dead..
i tryed flashing with sp flash tool v3.13,v5.13 and 5.14..now a error code displaying..

brom error s_ft_enable_dram_fail (4032)

also tryed more than 5-6 stock firmware and with out battery..

any solution?????/

the only way to revive your phone is to make full backup from good phone in bin format using box (in my case using volcano) and writing it back

Read a full flash in bin format by any tool and flash the dead one with it.
Tested.
