i need firmware jat-l41 to unbrick this phone, i downlaoded firmware format app don't contain xml file any one can help me???

Hi, put the huawei in fastboot mode and read info and so you will know that cust has or all the complete information about the firmware of the huawei, download the correct firmware and if you have umt you can convert it from update.app to xml format, greetings.

ok, i extract firmware app using umt qfire but this phone is mtk 6765 not qualcom and i have only xml not scatter file, when i try to load the file bin auth i have error file i can't find the scatter file in the web or in the directory where i was extraxt firmware, i tried to use multidownloader or download tool IDT v2.0 but not working.
how i can flash this phone ???????
my problem is when i connect my phone to computer this last one know the phone this driver MediaTek USB VCOM (Android) USB\VID_0E8D&PID_0003&REV_0100
i don't know if is the hardware problem or software and i don't found a method for flash this phone, i tried umt mtk and infinity mtk without solution.
this is strongly strange situation
????????
