And i one phone downgrade by halab tech file &: my phone now hang on recovery logo

I tried to flashing the initial version on the phone but to no avail

How to solved?

I correctly understand that now your phone does not load into the system, but boot into recovery
You need to restore it with service firmware,

Download and install Multi Tool
and from there you can safely see information about the phone in fastboot mode

to fix : just flash main firmware and both cust file inside firmware package .
I face same issu with P30 lite too . flash like this
1: update_sd_base.zip
2: update_sd_cust_MAR-L21MEA_hw_meafnaf.zip
3: update_sd_preload_MAR-L21MEA_hw_meafnaf_R4.zip
