P40 Lite E lock screen can´t enable :(

Hello,
I have a P40 lite E that i want to put a lock screen.
I config the number but when i press power to lock and then unlock the phone still dont ask the pin lock.
Already reset but the problem is the same...
anyone experience this problem?
