Huawei P8 Lite 2017

Hi, I have recently purchased a Huawei p8 lite 2017 from a second hand seller and after some use, it appears that it is in Retail/Demo mode.

Would anyone happen to know how to remove retail mode permanently? Every time I connect my phone to a charger, it starts playing the annoying demo.

I already tried to unlock the bootloader, but it appears that the website is down, king root is also not available for this phone. I tried to flash a new stock firmware, but it fails with an error.

Does anyone know a way to get rid of retail mode?

BL unlock is no longer possible, you will need to use a tool like HCU to change the region from hw demo to something like hw eu to permanently remove the demo

Thank you. Is a tool like HCU accessible for me, or do I need to do/have something special to debrand, like a paid account, service or special equipment?

And could you post a link to a tool you would recommend?
