Exclamation 6s EEPROM

Hey guys, recently broke the EEPROM (U9000) on a iPhone 6s and phone stuck in bootloop. After that, bought a batch of U9000 from Aliexpress an replaced.
Now, the problem is, when I try to update, it gives me the following:

ERROR: Unable to receive message from FDR 0C144118 (-4). 0/2 bytes at 20%

Anyone with similar experience or some advice?
